Maine Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 5 Eggs
  • 5 cups Milk
  • 1 1/4 cups Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 1/4 Sticks Melted Butter
  • 5 cups Flour
  • 1/4 cup Baking Powder

  1. Mix together the dry ingredients and set aside.
  2. In a mixer, mix together the eggs and milk, then sour cream and melted butter. Slowly add in the dry ingredients.
  3. Fold in the blueberries by hand until well blended.
  4. Ladle onto a hot grill or frying pan, flip when brown and bubbly. Serve with Maine maple syrup.
