Maine Maple Granola: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:1 Hour

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar

  • 1 cup Sunflower Seeds

  • 1 cup Wheat Germ

  • 1 cup Coconut

  • 1 cup Sliced Almonds

  • 1 cup Canola Oil

  • 1 cup Maine Maple Syrup

  • 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries

Step 1:

Mix dry ingredients.

Step 2:

Heat oil, syrup and vanilla until hot.

Step 3:

Pour over dry ingredients with cinnamon and mix well.

Step 4:

Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees until browned, stirring often. Allow to cool slightly.

Step 5:

Mix in cranberries and cool completely. Store in an air tight container in the freezer.
