Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside. Combine dry ingredients. Add milk and egg yolks to dry ingredients, then add melted butter. Carefully fold in egg whites. Cook on waffle iron. Makes great pancakes too.
