Cream Cheese Eggs: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Real Butter or oil

  • 18 Whole Eggs

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese

Step 1:

Make in counter top skillet (9" X 14") and melt real butter on low setting. YOu can add onions (green, white, or yellow) for added flavor. The onions can be optional.

Step 2:

Add scrambled eggs and half way cook the eggs in the butter mixture. Stir continuously with a flat spatula.

Step 3:

Soften the cream cheese in the microwave on auto-defrost for 1 minute, and then add to mixture. This will need to cook until the eggs come together. Keep rotating the mixture as it will begin to blend and cook. Serve in a bowl and garnish with rosemary and small tomatoes (or your choice of garnish).
