Ricotta,Feta,and Spinach Quiche: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1 deep dish pie shell

  • 10 oz fresh spinach cooked and chopped

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta

  • 3/4 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Step 1:

Beat together ricotta,eggs,cream,garlic,salt,and pepper

Step 2:

then stir in the spinach and crumbled feta

Step 3:

pour into deep dish pie crust

Step 4:

bake at 325 for 35-45 min till just set and a little golden brown on top
