Hawaiian Breakfast Quiche: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:1 hour

Ingredients:

  • 1 pie crust

  • 5 eggs--beaten with 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 1/2 cup shoe-string hash brown potatoes

  • 1 cup grated cheese

  • 3/4 cup pineapple pieces

  • 3/4 cup cubed ham

Step 1:

Line pie pan with pie crust.

Step 2:

Add half of the pineaple and half of the ham.

Step 3:

Add Hash Browns and then rest of pineapple and rest of ham.

Step 4:

Pour in beaten egg evenly across pan.

Step 5:

Cover with grated cheese and cook for 45 to 60 mins or until middle is done. Serve with bacon or sausage and pineapple slices.
