  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons dried cilantro

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
