Ingredients

  • 1 Pint Kitchen Kettle Pickled Beets
  • 6 eggs, hard boiled

  1. Peel eggs and place in 1 quart container. Place beets and juice in saucepan and bring to boil. pour hot mixture over eggs. Refrigerate for at least 2 days before serving.
