Glaze for Meatballs
- 10 oz Kitchen Kettle Damson Plum Jam*
- 1/2 cup Kitchen Kettle Sweet and Sour Barbeque Sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Prepare meatballs according to your favorite recipe and brown. Mix above ingredients and pour over meatballs. Simmer about 15 minutes.
- *Try other Kitchen Kettle jams such as Jalapeno Jam for a hot & spicy sauce or Grape Jelly, Blueberry Preserves, Raspberry Preserves or any other flavor you prefer. Also good as a glaze for ham or chicken.
