The Moore Farm House Cheddar and Bacon Frastratta

Ingredients

  • 4 slices chopped cooked bacon
  • 2/3 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • dash hot sauce
  • dash worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon half and half

  1. Use prepared potato crust as described in Moore Farm House Vegetarian Frastratta.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix two eggs, bacon, hot sauce, half and half, worcestershire sauce, and half the cheddar cheese. Pour into ramekin and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until set in center.
  3. Garnish with assortment of flowering herbs on a white plate.
