Melon with Fruit Salsa

Ingredients

  • Watermelon
  • Kiwi, peel & diced
  • Pineapple, chopped
  • Strawberries, chopped
  • Grapes or Cherries, chopped
  • Lime Juice
  • Honey
  • Fresh Mint, snipped

  1. Place watermelon slices on four individual serving plates.
  2. Toss together remaining ingredients and spoon gently over watermelon slice.
  3. Garnish with a small scoop of lemon or lime sorbet.
