Melon with Fruit Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 1-inch slices Watermelon
  • 1 Kiwi, peel & diced
  • 1 cup Pineapple, chopped
  • 1 cup Strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Grapes or Cherries, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Mint, snipped

  1. Place watermelon slices on four individual serving plates.
  2. Toss together remaining ingredients and spoon gently over watermelon slice.
  3. Garnish with a samll scoop of lemon or lime sorbet.
