Melon with Fruit Salsa: Breakfast-Brunch

Servings: 4

Prep time:15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 1-inch slices Watermelon

  • 1 Kiwi, peel & diced

  • 1 cup Pineapple, chopped

  • 1 cup Strawberries, chopped

  • 1/2 cup Grapes or Cherries, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice

  • 2 tablespoons Honey

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Mint, snipped

Step 1:

Place watermelon slices on four individual serving plates.

Step 2:

Toss together remaining ingredients and spoon gently over watermelon slice.

Step 3:

Garnish with a samll scoop of lemon or lime sorbet.
