our home made fantastic muesli - the perfect start for a new day: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 6 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup linseed

  • 2/3 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1 cup coconut, shredded

  • 1 cup almonds, slices

  • 1 cup honey

  • 1/3 cup oil

Step 1:

Heat up the honey with the oil (don't let boil).

Step 2:

Mix all dry ingredients.

Step 3:

Add the honey to dry ingredients and mix well.

Step 4:

Spread on 2 baking trays.

Step 5:

Bake for 30 minutes at 160degrees Celsius. Make sure not to burn it. Check regularly and mix several times.
