Sticky Buns

  • 18 each Frozen Dinner Rolls (Rhodes work well)
  • 1 box Butterscotch Pudding Mix - Dry - Not Instant
  • 1/2 cup Butter - Melted
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon

  1. Spray funnel pan with non-stick spray. Place the 18 frozen dinner roll in the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle the dry pudding mix on top. Melt Butter, Brown sugar, and cinnamon together in microwave. Pour melted butter/sugar mixture over rolls. Cover with towel, let rise overnight - at least 8 hours. Back at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, place plate on top of funnel pan, flip over. Remove funnel pan and serve. Delicious!
