Low fat Breakfast sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon sweet basil
  • 1 tablespoon sage
  • 1 tablespoon oregeno
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic granules

  1. Stir all ingredients together in mixing bowl.
  2. Shape into patties
  3. Spray non-stick pan coating on grill and grill turkey patties until brown on each side. Tastes just like sausage, but much healthier.
