Broiled Grapefruit: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1 Grapefruit

  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar

  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger

Step 1:

Half and Section Grapefruit. Finely chop Ginger. Combine chopped ginger and brown sugar in a small bowl

Step 2:

Spead brown Sugar and Ginger mixture on top of grapefruit. Broil the grapefruit for about 5 min until hot and bubbly. Cool slightly and serve. This is a guest favorite.
