Black Forest Ham & Eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 thin slices black forest ham
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  1. Line two greased ramekins (1 cup size) with black forest ham. Sprinkle a bit of cheese on the ham, followed by pieces of green onion.
  2. In medium bowl, whisk eggs and spices together. Pour evenly into ramekins. Top with the remaining cheeses.
  3. Bake @ 375 degrees for approximately 20-30 minutes until tops are puffy and center is set. Serve immediately.
