Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Melted Butter

1 tsp. Crisco Shortening

Melt Crisco & butter in a 9"x9" glass Pyrex baking dish that you will bake in [microwave on low]

Add the following ingredients in the order they are in:

1 Egg
-
1 Cup Sour Cream
-
1 Box Jiffy corn muffin mix
-
Use a wire Wisk to stir together
-
1 can whole kernel corn undrained
-
1 can cream corn
-
Use the Wisk to stir again
-
Bake 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes until set.
