Strawberry Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 4-6 oz frozen chopped strawberries drained or fresh
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons strawberry extract

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Add the eggs, milk, oil, extract and mix on medium to low until smooth. Fold in the strawberries (drain real well) and pour the mixture into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake on 350 for about 50 minutes. Check with knife or toothpick.
