Sage Sausage Puff: Breakfast-Brunch

Step 1:

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. GREASE A TWO QUART CASSEROLE DISH. We use a 9.5 round glass dish and make two pies; just split the ingredients in half for each. INGREDIENTS: 1 ROLL SAGE PORK SAUSAGE 6 EGGS 2 CUPS MILK 1 CUP BISCUICK 1 8-OZ PACKAGE SHREDDED COLBY OR CHEDDAR CHEESE BROWN ONE POUND OF SAUSAGE IN FRYING PAN AND DRAIN EXCESS FAT. IN BOWL, COMBINE 6 EGGS, 2 CUPS OF MILK AND 1 CUP OF BISQUICK. BLEND SAUSAGE AND ONE 8 OZ PACKAGE OF SHREDDED CHEESE WITH EGG MIX AND POUR INTO GREASED CASSEROLE DISH. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR APPROX. 1 HOUR. CHECK CONSISTENCY AFTER 50-55 MINUTES. ENJOY!!
