Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. grated cheese
  • 2 lbs. frozen hash browns

  1. Spray 9”x13” baking pan with non-stick cooking spray
  2. Combine soup, margarine, salt, pepper, onion and cheese. Gently mix in the potatoes and pour into prepared pan
  3. BAKE 350 oven for 45 minutes. [best when set overnight before baking]
