Puff Chan: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Milk

  • 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 3/4 cup Flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1/4 cup Butter

Step 1:

Place the butter in a pan and put in a 425 degree oven to melt butter.

Step 2:

Beat eggs, milk, sugar and salt until smooth.

Step 3:

When butter is melted in the pan and starts to bubble, pour the mixture into the pan, and return to oven to bake for 25-30 minutes.

Step 4:

Cover with foil for the last 5-10 minutes to prevent over browning.

Step 5:

Serve hot, putting brown sugar, sour cream and your faborite fruit ( strawberries and blueberries work very well) on top oth the puff and enjoy!
