Lost Mountain Lodge "Pine Cones"

Ingredients

  • 1 quart French Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 cups Toasted Pecans
  • 1 1/2 cups Hot Fudge

  1. Slightly soften French Vanilla ice cream so you can mold into 6 "pine-cone" shaped balls.
  2. Roll each ball in chopped, toasted Pecans. Then wrap each coated "pine cone" individually wax paper. Re-freeze until ready to serve.
  3. Unwrap "pine cone" and place in pretty dessert bowl (glass ones are best). Drizzle with hot fudge sauce, garnish with fresh mint, and enjoy!
