Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g milk
  • 1000 g apple (better renette)
  • 1/4 yeats dose

  1. to melt the butter in hot milk (not to boil)
  2. To beat sugar with the egg and, when milk is cold, to mix all together also with 1/4 of yeast dose and 1 hg of flour.
  3. To peel apples and to cut at slices. To mix with the kneaded previously obtained.
  4. To put all in a buttered and clad with oven–paper baking pan .
  5. To bake at 150° for 50 minutes
