Baked Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cubed English muffins or 4 slices white bread (cubed and crusts removed)
  • 3 eggs - slightly beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large can cubed or crushed canned pineapple

  1. Roll English muffin cubes in butter to coat. Set aside. Mix together: eggs, sugar, flour, salt and pineapple. Place in an 8" or 9" square baking dish or individual baking cups. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degress until firm. (approximately 35 to 40 minutes)
