Castleview Fruit Soup

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons Instant Tapioca
  • 4 tablespoons Sugar
  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 Frozen Strawberries or Raspberries - 10 oz. cans
  • Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate, 12 oz can

  1. Combine tapioca, sugar and 2 cups of water in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil. Add 2 cups of water and stir well.
  2. Add frozen orange juice and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add berries and stir well.
  4. Refrigerate overnight. Serve over diced orange and sliced bananas.
  5. Bon Appetit!
