Ingredients:

  • 12 Slices Bread

  • 12 Oz Sharp cheese sliced

  • 10 0z pkg Frozen Chopped Broccoli cooked and drained

  • 2 Cups diced fully cooked ham

  • 6 eggs beaten

  • 3 1/2 Cups Milk

  • 2 Tbs instant minced onion

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard

Step 1:

From 12 slices white bread cut 12 "doughnuts and holes." Fit the scraps of the bread (crusts removed) in bottom of 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Layer 12 ounces sharp process cheese, sliced, one 10 ounce package frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained, and 2 cups diced fully cooked ham over bread.

Step 2:

Arrange "doughnuts and holes" atop. Combine 6 slightly beaten eggs, 3 1/2 cups milk, 2 tablespoons instant minced onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard: pour over bread. Cover: refrigerate 6 hours. Back uncovered at 325 for 55 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes fefore cutting. For a pretty finish, sprinkle with shredded cheese last 5 minutes of baking. Serves 12
