Brown Sugar Baked Bananas

  • 3 Large Bananas
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 6 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 6 tablespoon Vanilla Yogurt
  • sprinkle Cinnamon

  1. Spray non-stick cooking spray in the bottom of 6 medium-sized ramekins.
  2. Slice and layer bananas (1 large banana should fill 2 ramekins).
  3. Brush melted butter over bananas and sprinkle brown sugar over bananas, covering completely.
  4. Bake in oven at 350 for 10 minutes or until brown sugar thoroughly melts into liquid goodness.
  5. Let bananas cool for 1 minute, then dab cold vanilla yogurt over bananas and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Serve warm.
