Chile Egg Puff

Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pint cottage cheese
  • 1 lb monterrey jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 4 oz can diced green chile

  1. Beat eggs well, add the rest of the ingredients, blend until smooth. Pour into buttered 9x13 dish.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes or until golden and puffed up.
  3. Serve with hot flour tortillas and fresh salsa.
  4. Eat and Enjoy!
  5. Share with your friends and family.
