White Chocolate Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies: Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour

  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda

  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 cup Unsalted butter (softened)

  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar

  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar

  • 2 Large Eggs

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats

  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries

  • 6 oz White Chocolate, coarsley chopped

Step 1:

Pre heat oven 350 degrees In large bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

Step 2:

Cream together in another bowl, butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract. After creamed add in the flour mixture

Step 3:

Mix in a third bowl, oats, dried cranberries and white chocolate. Fold into flour, sugar mixture.

Step 4:

Scoop into balls using an icecream scoop and place on baking sheet. Bake 11-13 minutes or until golden but a little moist (they may look a little undercooked but will firm up). Let cool for 5 minutes and then transfer to cooling rack.
