Country Morning Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Package of frozen, shredded hash browns
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Co-Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Chopped, Cooked Ham
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • Dash Pepper
  • 5 Beaten Eggs

  1. Line the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan with hash brown potatoes
  2. In a mixing bowl combine cheese, milk, ham, onion, green pepper, mustard and pepper. Pour over potatoes.
  3. Pour beaten eggs over the top.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
