Sour Cream Coffee Cake: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 3/4 cup Butter

  • 1 1/3 cup Sour Cream

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

  • 2 3/4 cup Flour

  • Pineapple or Apple Slices

  • Brown Sugar

  • Crushed Walnuts, optional

Step 1:

Blend and mix together sugar, butter, sour cream, eggs and vanilla.

Step 2:

Add baking powder, baking soda and flour. Mix well.

Step 3:

Add fruit.

Step 4:

Place mixture into a greased, 13" x 9" glass pan.

Step 5:

Sprinkle top with brown sugar and crushed walnuts.Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
