Impossible Ham and Asparagus Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked ham, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups asparagus pieces
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk baking mix
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Prepare Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle the ham cheese asparagus and onions in the pie plate. Combine the other ingredients in a blender and mix for 15 seconds on high speed or beat for one minute with a hand mixer. Pour the mixture over the meat and vegetables.
  2. Bake and Serve Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for five minutes before serving.
