Crepes: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:1 hour

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sifted flour

  • 3 cups whole milk

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons salad oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 dash vanilla

Step 1:

Preheat oven on warm. Heat small fry pans on med heat, heat griddle on 300. Spray pans. Take pans OFF burner each time fill. Place 1/8 th. Cup batter in pan and rotate to cover bottom, place on burner. When lightly brown, flip on hot griddle to sear top. Remove and roll crepes (Original bottom side down) and place in baking dish and keep warm in oven.

Step 2:

Place 5 parallel on plate. Lightly drizzle chocolate syrup on crepes and dust with powdered sugar. Just before serving, place little shot whip cream in each open end and garnish with cut fruit across the center for a beautiful presentation that will make your guest feel very special .
