Baked French Toast

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
  • 18 Eggs (beaten)
  • 4 cups Milk
  • 1 loaf French Bread, sliced into 1" slices

  1. Grease a 12x6 glass baking pan. Layer bread slices to cover entire bottom of pan.
  2. In bowl mix, brown sugar, cinnamon & vanilla.
  3. Add eggs and mix. Stir in milk.
  4. Pour slowly over bread slices.
  5. Bake @ 375 F for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
