Cheese Strata: Appetizer-Snack

Ingredients:
12 slices French Bread (day old, cubed)

2/3 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

1 cup Breakfast Meat (optional)

24 Eggs (beaten)
-
4 cups Milk
-
2 teaspoons Dry Mustard

1 tablespoon Salt
-
2 teaspoons Pepper
Step 1:
Prepare 12-24 hours before baking, then refrigerate.
Step 2:
Grease a 3 qt Casserole dish. Arrange bread cubes, meat & cheese in dish.
Step 3:
Beat eggs & remaining ingredients. Pour over bread mixture.
Step 4:
Cover & Refrigerate.
Step 5:
Bake @ 350 F for about 1 hour.
