Healthy Pumpkin Smoothie: Beverage

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin

  • 1 cup soy milk (we like the nonfat)

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1/3 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 2/3 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 cup ice

  • Whipped cream and cinnamon (optional)

Step 1:

Blend everything together but ice and whipped cream until smooth. Add ice and continue blending until thick and creamy. Top with whipped cream and a dash on cinnamon, if desired.
