Hiestand House Egg Souffle'

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Canadian Bacon or Ham
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Mrs. Dash Spice blend, divided

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease 4 large ramekins or custard cups. Place a slice of Canadian Bacon in each ramekin.
  2. In medium bowl, beat eggs, mustard and yogurt. Stir in 1/2 cup of cheese and 1 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash Spice Blend.
  3. Spoon egg mixture evenly over ham in ramekins. Sprinkle remaining cheese and spice blend over egg mixture.
  4. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden and set.
