Sausage Balls

  • 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb fresh, ground spicy pork sausage

  1. What would we do without this staple of a country breakfast?
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together biscuit mixx, cheddar cheese, and sausage. Roll mixture into walnut-size balls and arrange on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 5-15 minutes or until completely cooked and browned. Place on paper towels to drain and cool.
