Sherri's Frittata

Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 2 cups Ricotta --drain any liquid
  • 1 cup Grated Asiago Cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Provolone Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Chopped Garlic
  • 1 large tomato chopped/seeded--drain liquid
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  1. Heat oven to 375F Lightly grease a 9x13x2 baking dish.
  2. Whisk together eggs, Ricotta, Asiago, Provolone, salt and peppper.
  3. Pour egg mixture into greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle tomatoes and parmesan on to of egg mixture.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until mixture is set.
