Banana Crump Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Bananas
  • 3/4 cup White sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup butter

  1. In a large bowl: combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt.
  2. Mash 3 large ripe bananas. Add sugar, egg(lightly beaten),and melted butter.
  3. Stir dry ingredients into banana mixture until all is moisten. Fill paper lined/or sprayed muffin tin 3/4 full Sprinkle on topping mix.
  4. Topping: 1/3 cup packed brown sugar 1 Tablespoon flour 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon 1 tablespoon of cold butter Cut butter into first three ingredients. mix together
  5. Bake at 375 18 to 20 minutes until test done with cake tester
