Sausage Potato Cakes

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb Hash Browns
  • 8.5 oz. pkg corn muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • 6 fl oz milk
  • 1/3 lb pork sausage browned
  • 1/8 cup onions

  1. Mix all ingredents
  2. Pre heat pan to 375
  3. Scoop 1 cup and flaten to 1/8 inch, fry until brown on both sides
  4. Top with poached or fried egg and stream of white milk gravy.
  5. Serve garnished with chopped chives
