Pecan Sour Cream Coffe Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Flour

  1. Cream sugar& butter.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time.
  3. Add vanilla & beat well.
  4. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream.
  5. Spread half of mixture in a well greased baking dish (9x12). Top with half filling: 1/3C brown sugar, 1/4C white sugar, 1tsp cinnamon, 1C chopped pecans - Mix well. Spread remainder of batter on top then the remainder of filling. Bake at 350* for 30-40 minutes.
