Garlic Yams: Side Dish

Ingredients:

  • 2 large Yams

  • 4 tablespoons Butter

  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper

  • 2 tablespoons Crushed Garlic

Step 1:

Peel and cube yam. Boil in water until soft. In large mixing bowl, soften butter, add garlic, pepper, and mix. Add soft yam. Mix until well blended. May be done ahead and kept warm in the oven at 225, covered with foil.
