Maple Pecan French Toast

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 cups Ground Pecans
  • 10 Slices of Thick Sliced-French Toast Bread
  • 2 cup Medium Weight Cream
  • 8 Eggs

  1. in deep, 13 x 9" pan, pour melted butter, mix the maple syrup, pour over 1/2 C of pecans. Place the pieces of bread over the mixture.
  2. Whip the eggs with the cream, pour over the top of the bread mixture.
  3. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 C of ground pecans on the top.
  4. Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes.
  5. Serve with either fruit/bananas are grea sliced on top or also with Maple Syrum over the serving.
