Rolled Omelette: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Flour

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted

  • 6 Eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  • pinch White pepper

  • 1 cup Chopped ham or cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 1 1/2 cups Grated cheese - cheddar or swiss

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350. Line jelly roll pan with foil. Generously grease foil with butter or cooking spray.

Step 2:

Whisk flour, milk, melted butter, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth and well blended. Pour carefully into prepared pan. Sprinkle evenly with meat.

Step 3:

Bake until eggs are set, 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle immediately with cheese.

Step 4:

Beginning at narrow end of pan, roll up using foil and spatula to lift. Cut into slices to serve.
