Tomato-Onion Quiche: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1 partially- or un-baked pie shell

  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar & mozzarella)

  • 3 fresh tomatoes/thinly sliced

  • 1/2 onion/thinly sliced

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

  • cracked pepper/to taste

  • 2 eggs

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan

Step 1:

Sprinkle bottom of pie shell with cheeses.

Step 2:

Layer tomatoes and onions over cheeses.

Step 3:

Sprinkle basil, garlic salt & pepper on top.

Step 4:

Beat eggs and milk together & pour over all.

Step 5:

Sprinkle with parmesan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min.
