Spaghetti Amatriciana

Ingredients

  • 0,500 kg spaghetti
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 300 g beacon
  • 750-800 g tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt or aromat
  • 8 tablespoons parmiggiano

  1. boil water (2,5 liters) and add spaghetti cook until they are cooked (a little bit earlier)
  2. put olive oil in a pan and cook , add beacon (little cubes)and cook untile they became brown, add tomato sauce and cook for at least 25-30 minutes
  3. add cooked pasta to the pan and cook again for 1-2 minutes
  4. serves and add parmiggiano
