Cheese Souffle

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 9 tablespoons Half and Half
  • 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 6 tablespoons Shredded Asiago cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 450. Spray 6 oz ramekins with nonstick spray. Whisk together eggs with 1/2 and 1/2 and seasonings.
  2. Split cheese between two ramekins. Pour in egg mixture. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve Immediately.
