Vidalia Onion Bites

  • 2/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Finely Chopped Vidalia Onion
  • 10 Slices White or Wheat Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  2. Mix together all four ingredients and spread on your favorite sliced bread after having cut off the crusts. White or Wheat bread seems to work best.
  3. Cut into bite size pieces and bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. The spread can be spiced up with a dash of cayenne pepper, Italian seasoning, or just regular black pepper.
