Golden Dreams B&B's Delightful Blueberry Custard: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:
6 Eggs

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 cup Fresh or frozen blueberries

1/4 cup Honey
-
2 cups Milk
-
1 teaspoon Vanilla
-
2/3 cup Flour
-
powdered sugar
-
hot jam or maple syrup
-
3 tablespoons butter
Step 1:
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a large baking dish or 9 X 13 pan.
Step 2:
Blend all ingredients, expect blueberries, in blender.
Step 3:
Pour into preheated baking dish of melted butter and sprinkle with blueberries.
Step 4:
Bake at 425F for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.
Step 5:
Drizzle with hot jam or maple syrup. Sprinkle with nutmeg and powdered sugar.
